Kiss The Fish Bear Banner is too cute. He was created with black marker and watercolor and is holding a rough green wooden sign that says, "Kiss the fish or throw it back" and a fish. There is a fun saying that the first person who catches a fish on a fishing trip has to either kiss it or throw it back and it is truly funny to see the results.
